Metal/heavy metal I used to listen to rap when I was younger (and still do occasionally, the good ones, like Dr.Dre), but then switched to metal/heavy metal. Most prominent bands in this genre in my life have been: - Children of Bodom - Cradle of Filth - Metallica - Kotiteollisuus (Finnish language) - Stamina (Finnish Language) - Rammstein - Slipknot (the old, Iowa album stuff) That's off the top of my head, never liked the "classics" like Iron Maiden etc. Though I still like 60-70's stuff too, CCR being my favorite, which was also my mom's favorite when she was younger.

I understand you as a musician, because it has always been important for me to have my music heard and appreciated as well. But the reality was that the competition on platforms like Spotify was huge, and it was hard to find my audience. I was advised to look at promosoundgroup.net/collection/streaming-promotion/spotify-promotion/ , so I decided to give it a try. It was the best step in my music career! It really helps to promote music and get new listeners. Give it a try.
