Should the unthinkable happens if a fellow centurion happens to be banned or warned for any number of reasons. Then they will have the opportunity to have an chance to appeal it or have an reduction in warn points under an 72 hour period of course.
The idea for an ban appeal is as fallows.
Should a fellow centurion feel his/her ban was not warranted or the actions leading up to that point is very vague then they should have the opportunity to appeal it. This will be an one time deal if the ban happens to be an ip ban however should the ban be an normal suspension from the forums then they are granted 3 appeals.
The moderator responsible for the ban shouldn't be involved in the hearing as this is to give the defended an unbiased and fair trail. Should the appeal to be rejected then the defended has the right to appeal it again to an higher power however upon reaching the third appeal the defended must wave and acknowledge that any further appeals if rejected may not be looked at for the length of the suspension.
Maxentius law.
Max is the highest power and is considered Caesar under roman rule Caesar's word is law. Should max reject an appeal for any reason then the defended acknowledges he/she has no room for appeals.
the idea for warn reduction.
Should a fellow centurion feel that the warn is not far or they have demonstrated reform and proper conduct.
steps for unfair warn appeal
The defended must make an a request to have his or her appeal know under an 72 hr period.
They must present proof other wise the appeal is denied.
should max rule in an denied motion then there are no further appeals see maxentius law for details.
however if the motion is denied by anyone else other then max then the defended has the privilege to two more appeals.
The moderator mustn't be present for the hearing to give the defended an unbiased and fair trail.
steps for a reduction in reform.
The accused may request an warn reduction in 3 months period providing they had shown proper conduct and reform.
The prosecutor may deny the claim if the accused presents disruptive behavior or conduct unbecoming of a centurion.
There are no room for appeals in these cases should the motion be denied for any reason the accused must wait for another three months before motioning for another request.
